Major conferences and trade shows book their talent months out, so the earlier the better. That said, if the dates are open I can move quickly. Just ask.
Yes, and I prefer it that way. I coordinate with show producers, stage managers and AV on cues, walk-ons, music and run of show so the whole production feels like one team.
